Almost all new clients at Home Loan Advice Centre come from referrals from our past clients. We guess they must have been happy with how well we looked after them when we arranged their first loan. Now, for a limited time, Home Loan Advice Centre would like to return the favour and reward those of you who help us grow our business.

Gift voucher terms and conditions

1. To qualify for this offer, clients referred to Home Loan Advice Centre must be new home loan clients and not existing clients nor past referrals. The referrer must not have any interest in the loan being applied for by the referred party(s).
2. Clients must be referred between dates 1 Aug 2005 and 31 Dec 2005.
3. The offer is open to all clients of Home Loan Advice Centre.
4. To qualify, any individual(s) making a referral must contact Home Loan Advice Centre in advance and supply details of the person(s) they are referring
5. Maximum number of gift vouchers any individual (or group of individuals) can receive is two (2).
6. Only 1 gift can be received for each client or group of clients (ie joint applicants) referred.
7. To qualify, referred customers must settle at least a new home loan (not refinance within same lender) of at least $250,000.00 by 31 Mar 2006
8. Home Loan Advice Centre will not be held responsible for availability or delays in providing gifts to clients that are beyond its control.
9. Restaurant Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
10. Gift value is limited to $250.
11. Offer not available to reciprocal referrers.
12. Home Loan Advice Centre reserves the right to amend the details of the restaurant gift voucher offer at any time without notification
