Apply for your loan approval

 

If you're ready to get your loan approval started ...you're on the right page.


Rest assured ... there is no cost whatsoever to getting an approval in principle and our electronic application system gives you easy ability to change your application later if you decide... or even change lenders ... so you've got full flexibility!

OK - here's what to do ...

  1. Fill in our 2 page Application Document and fax or email it to us (click for print version to print and fax to us or click for microsoft word version that you can fill in on your computer and email back to us - online version) Fax to 02-9210-1080 or email to info@hlac.com.au

  2. Wait for our phone call soon after (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm) and we will go over your options and advise you how best to structure your loan and what lenders we recommend you apply to.

  3. Wait for your approval - we'll hit the submit button and email you a list of documents your chosen lender will require to formalise your application. Once these are provided, it's then only a matter of waiting a few days* for the bank to give you an approval. In some cases an indicative approval may even be received immediately!

*Providing all requirements including documentaion are met, your application should be assessed soon afterward and when approval is granted, you are then primed and ready to buy a property.
