It may seem strange to give a recommendation to someone in the finance industry but I thought my Mortgage Broker did such a good job I wanted to tell people about him. I was a first home buyer with relatively little knowledge of loans, banks, types of mortgages, mortgage insurance and the list of other things you need to know when buying a home. I was fortunate enough to come across a Mortgage Broker who was patient, informative, and he listened to what "I thought" I wanted. He explained the options on different loan types and lenders, showed me examples of how the loan would be structured and together we came up with exactly what I wanted - I can honestly say I could not have done it without him. When we finally found the house of our dreams, he walked us through the application process and he even organised the First Homes Owners Grant Although a Mortgage Broker was a free service to me, they do get paid a commission when the loan is complete, but I did not feel pressured in anyway into taking a loan with a particular provider. What can I say, I cannot recommend him highly enough, so if you are looking for a home loan, please give Lawrence a call |

We are in the farming and business consultancy industries, however, as mature aged workers we felt time was running out for us to acquire a loan and then to repay it. What can I say but a job well done. Very efficient, Very Informative. We were kept aware and up to date during the whole process and explained things as necessary. Fast to act we were not waiting days for a reply, many times receiving some sort of information the same day if any changes were needed or asked for. Followed right to the end and communication was always open with other 3rd parties such as the conveyancer.. The 5 part e-course was also helpful. I read it all and it made the entire process much easier when I knew WHY things had to occur and WHAT was going to happen next. It made things easier for the Real Estate Agent too who commented on my preparedness and organisation I simply put it down to the E-course for educating me on what to do and when to do it.
