Our team

Lawrence Flancbaum (founder), has extensive financial planning, loan consultant, and property agent qualifications with over 12 years experience in the property industry. Lawrence has a science degree from University of Qld and a master of business administration (MBA) degree from UTS(Sydney), in addition to Diplomas of Financial Serices in Financial Planning and Mortgages. Ian Ross is a licenced chartered accountant (ACA) and property agent with over 40 years experience in the property market. Ian is a specialist in tax structuring for property investment and in property market economic research.

Martin Mullen is a valued staff member with extensive experience in lender policy and loan processing . Martin has been instrumental in assisting Home Loan Advice Centre clients with their loans for the last 6 years.

Sharon Carberry - Sharon has over 25 years lending experience at Commonwealth Bank in residential and commercial lending. Sharon has been a loan consultant with Home Loan Advice Centre for 5 years and specialises in residential and commercial mortgages.
